Fees and Pricing
PROVIDER FEE
A percentage-based fee applied to each transaction. The provider fee covers the cost of executing the exchange, including payment processing. The applicable fee is displayed in the payment breakdown before the transaction is confirmed
Network fee
A variable fee covering the blockchain transaction cost for delivering the crypto-asset to the client's wallet. This fee depends on network conditions at the time of the transaction and is displayed before confirmation
Exchange rate
The crypto-asset price displayed at the time of the transaction reflects the prevailing market rate including a spread. The spread covers market liquidity and execution costs. The exact amount of crypto-asset the client will receive is displayed before the transaction is confirmed.
There are no hidden fees. The full cost breakdown — including provider fee, network fee, and the applicable exchange rate — is presented to the client before every transaction is confirmed. No transaction is executed without the client's explicit approval of the displayed terms.
