Swapped Ramp by Northstake prize draw terms

Contact and law. Questions or complaints: info@northstake.dk. Danish law applies without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your home country.
Entry. Complete verification of your Swapped Ramp by Northstake account during an entry window below. If approved by the corresponding deadline, you enter that week's draw automatically. Entry is free. No purchase, deposit or trade is required, and none improves your chances.
Changes. We may cancel, suspend or change the draw only for circumstances outside our control or suspected fraud. We will inform entrants and treat them fairly.
Draw data is retained for up to 90 days after the final prize payment. Payment records are retained as required by Danish bookkeeping law. See our privacy policy for your rights, including complaints to Datatilsynet.
All dates are in 2026 and all times are CET. Entry windows run from Friday at 15:00 to Sunday at 23:59. Approval deadlines are Monday at 23:59. Verification completed outside a window, approved late or rejected does not qualify.
Personal data. Northstake ApS is the controller. We use your name, email, country and verification status to administer the draw and check eligibility under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and to prevent fraud under Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest. Winners' bank details are used for payment and shared only with our bank.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or over, hold a Swapped Ramp by Northstake account (formerly a Swapped.com account) and live in an EU/EEA country where taking part in prize promotions is lawful. Northstake staff, group-company staff, anyone running the draw and their households cannot enter.
Tax. We pay taxes due from the organiser, including Danish gaming duty and any lottery or gaming tax due in the winner's country. Winners are responsible for personal income tax unless we must withhold or report it by law.
One entry per person across the promotion, regardless of account count. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts, manipulation and breaches of these terms result in exclusion.
Payment is made in euros to a bank account in the winner's name within 30 days of their claim. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. We do not publish winners' names.
Prizes. Each draw awards €250 to one winner selected at random from that week's valid entries. We record each draw. Your odds depend on the number of valid entries that week. Each person may win only once.
We email winners at their account address within five working days. Winners must reply within 14 days. If a winner does not reply or is ineligible, we redraw from the same week's entries.
